SAP assuming-Why should the burden of debt repayment be borne disproportionately by the citizen subjects of these Third World states?The First world has a lot of pull on the rest of the world with it’s ability to channel large amounts of money in hopes to influence and control foreign economies and political policies. As a global power, the United States, is more synonymous with this more than any country found within the modern world. The US has led military efforts into countries just for, what it appears to be, resources and political support.
