Abstract
A lot of contemporary researches have been done on the industrial
revolution 4 and with the formation of smart cities then it’s no surprise that
we need An intelligent primary school also. The impact of the globalization
and development of ICT (Information, Communication, and Technology) has
shown that school principals are experiencing dramatic changes in their
work. Most of the research that are revolving around Intelligent Primary
School is all focused on the principals. This is because the principals are the
main users of the management information systems. In this paper, we are
going to focus on the features of the state-of-the-art intelligent Primary
School.

Introduction
Technological advancements are growing at greater heights and their
adoption among the various sectors is also high. One of the technological
advancements that have been implemented includes the big data revolution.
This technological revolution is providing numerous learning opportunities for
the stakeholders in the education sector. These include; educators,
curriculum developers, learners, program directors, and learning content
creators, and the researcher. As seen from the various research papers the
adoption of the latest technology provides us with new tools and methods.
These are inclined the provide support to learning and teaching. In addition
to that, the users of the educational technologies are also a part of the
learning communities that have to be integrated into the intelligent primary
school. The problem identified in this case will be the implementation of the
intelligent primary school in a smart system. We are going to focus on the
main features of the primary school. It’s quite imperative to note that we
also going to explore the various skillsets which include; communication,
problem-solving and critical thinking.
The main aim and objective of this research proposal is to develop a
world-class quality education system. This is what can lead us to realize the
full potential of the individual and fulfill the aspiration of the Australian
Nation. With the quick transition in the technological industry, it's
fundamental to shift towards a more technologically literate thinking

workforce. This will make it accommodative for the workforce to work in an
environment and use technological tools in his information age. Despite this,
this new Paradigm in the education sector comes with its challenges that we
are also going to have a look at them in this research.
