According to the article, “a job analysis is the method ofgathering and analyzing information concerning all aspects ofan employee’s position.” (Smith, 2015). To myunderstanding, Job analysis’s objective is to assess and selectwithin an organization that ensure that goals of the companyare being met. This includes selecting the best person of thejob with full knowledge of nature of that job. In doing so, theyhired the best employees to help the company reach theirgoal.
