Bryan 2 Business Ethics April 1 st , 2008 Business Ethics Dear Employees: Due to the recent highlighted scandals that have happened over the past years, it is important that we conduct Bryan Inc.’s Business in a lawful and ethical manner. The legal standings and the good name of a business could be potentially ruined by a group or a single individual. To help Bryan Inc. maintain legal and ethical standards, the Code of Ethics have been written out to protect the company as a whole and to protect the individuals that would work here as well. The Code of Ethics is a basic outline of our standards and what we expect out of the employees. I urge each employee to read the Code of Ethics, practice each portion of the outline, and use the outline for a future reference. As a team, moving in the same direction using the standards of the Code of Ethics, we can not only achieve our goals, but we can exceed them in a moral manner through the integrity and the excellence of our business. Thank you, Justin R. Bryan I. Intent
