In any case, it's insufficient toaimlessly offer more advantages and advantages; managers should utilize information got fromrepresentatives to deliberately plan a program that addresses their issues (Sizemore, 2018).Total Rewards System is the framework of the many ways an organization can build acompetitive strategy for holding suitable employees keeping up with the peak performance.Employers are always treating their strategies of rewards as integral to their staffing andperformance management efforts. And viewing their rewards as an investment in productivityand engagement especially when it comes to a company's face for competition. The purpose forthis study is to examine how rewards play a major role on the motivation of employeeperformance (Sizemore, 2018).Developing a strong and beneficial employee “Rewards” program will help organizationsattract the right kind of talent that can help build the company but also retain them.
