Brett Warfield August 30, 2005 Sociology 150 Section 9 My Moral Code My moral code consists of what it takes to be a truly good person. First, I believe in being an honest person. Honesty is key to relationships with both friends and family. If you are an honest person people then know who you truly are. Honesty also equals trust. Trust is key to friendship and companionship. Being dishonest can cause serious problems with the person you lied to. Secondly, I strongly believe in purity. I consider sex to be for the person you truly love, not for a fun night with a girl you don’t truly care and love for. Too often people go out just to get sex. This may cause problems later on when they finally do settle down. Treating people equally is another moral principal I have. Everyone on this Earth was created equally and should be treated that way. It should not matter what race or ethnicity someone is. If you are going to judge a person, judge them on their character, not their skin color, religion, or place of birth. I gained these moral in a few different ways. As a child they came from my
