In an age marked by corruption and conflict, whichcontinues to result in drug deaths and has crippled the federal government's ability to secure itsown national security, the need for corruption is more important than ever.1On the other hand,the development of an efficient system in Mexico has stagnated over time. While the Mexicangovernment sees free and fair elections to a democracy, the same concept has led to the ultimategoal of preserving legitimate democratic ideals.Security forces often violate fundamental liberties while failing to obtain valid legalassurances. Another common freedom council has been constituted, despite opponents'reservations over the specialist's autonomy. At the time of his assassination by columnists andpoliticians, wrongdoing was unchecked. Criminality is a severe issue. When it comes to charging tough people, the overall collection of laws is useless. Afew supervisors are apprehensive that giving legal exercises will jeopardize the legal autonomyof the organization. Even though election processes are strictly regulated, criminal groups' illicitactivities endanger electoral integrity. The use of violence against journalists makes reporting oncorruption and collusion perilous, despite the fact that the media is independent of thegovernment. Civil freedoms are routinely violated by security forces, and courts are unable togive appropriate protection.3Despite the nomination of a new human rights advocate, theopposition has highlighted concerns regarding the independence of the office bearer. Journalistsand political candidates are frequently killed as a result of violent crime. Femicide (The murderand brutality of women is becoming a growing problem. While overt discrimination varies byregion, racial divisions are closely followed by class lines. Lesbian, gay, bisexual, andtransgender people's rights are becoming more protected. In politics, the judiciary, and thepolice, corruption is a severe issue. The legal system is ineffectual, especially when it comes topunishing strong people. Some critics fear that judicial reform may jeopardize judicialindependence4.
