EHM 1 Task 12A1. Ethical Leader and TraitsFor the past three years, I have had the pleasure of working in a collegiate department ofa clinal simulation center under the direct supervision of Ms. Jessica Urtecho. Ms. Urtecho hasworked for the institution for over ten years. She is a well-rounded individual in variousdepartments who have exhibited ethical conduct through the importance of hard work,dedication, and respect for her employees and co-workers. Her department consists of over 20employees. One moral trait Jessica has displayed is her honesty. Ms.Urtecho has been honestthroughout the department with co-workers and me. During employee meetings, individualmeetings, policy updates, and or mishaps, to name a few incidents, she had thus far been honestand unbiased with her delivery opinions and policy changes. This trait has been muchappreciated beyond our department and noticed by her subordinates, seeking advice and viewsfrom her expertise. Secondly, another ethical trait she has excellent judgment. She has mastered away to successfully use her best decision to meet her employee and department to provide thebest products and work environment.A2. Ethical ConductMy department supervisor exhibits ethical behavior by respecting every individual'sdignity, diversity, and rights in the department. Ms. Urtecho makes sure that she incorporatesevery employee as much as possible in the overall department decisions, updates, and changes.She has demonstrated fairness with the work schedule by allowing the senior staff to pick theirprogram first and allowing the team to discuss scheduling changes, which has been effective.
