Hypothesis If I begin to eat more whole foods and add one
tablespoon of chia seeds to any liquid form twice a day, it may give
my body the nutrients it needs to function and provide
sustainable energy throughout the day.
Experiment I will consume chia seeds for several weeks until it
shows a difference on my energy level.
Results: After taking one to two tablespoon of chia seeds in three
weeks with combining a healthy diet showed an improvement in my
blood sugar, cholesterol, and energy level.
Theory: Health experts say that eating chia seeds dry may cause
swallowing problems or a constricted esophagus (Dallas, 2014).
During a month of intaking chia seeds, I would mix it with enough
liquid to expand until it has the gel-like consistency. Including chia
seeds in my diet allowed my body to have long term energy and
nutrients that support healthy bones and stable blood sugar....
