Informal 9 By Nathan Sullivan Within the essay written by Simone Weil she tells writes her idea of what is a proper prayer for GOD. She also shares what she thinks is a proper way for followers of Christ to react to their classes. Simone gives light to her way of thinking of both of these things and how the work together within both school and on a in the realm of faith. However she has a very odd way of explaining her idea along with a fact that her idea is a very odd to begin with. She says that the most important thing of prayer is how the person that is praying is paying close attention to their prayer. She says that no mater how strongly a person feels about their prayer or how much that they care for what they are praying for, if they can’t focus solely on that prayer then GOD will not hear them. She makes this statement within the very first lines of her writing and with this she has already gone against every thing that I have learned about the Christian faith.
