collectively believe needs some adjustments, and provide measures to improve their
overall operational performance. The selection of the enterprise will be handled on a first
come, first-served basis via email from the team requesting it. There will be no duplicate
companies/organizations. Your group will work together to write a detailed report (using APA formatting and
mechanics) that analyzes the various aspects of the business/organization using the
following components. Group members will draft a team charter referred to as Team
Operating Agreement (TOA), which will govern the duties and responsibilities of each
team member in the group. Your team should delegate various sections of the report so
that individual members are working on those sections. In addition, your Canvas group
access includes the tools of File Exchange for posting documents, Group Discussion Board
for asynchronous discussions and threads, and email. Report Outline of Topics: - Executive Summary: written last but placed first that describes the key elements the
reader will find in this report - Historical context, to provide perspective of the organization, including significant
changes that were made and why . Current status of the organization from a financial, operational and marketing
perspective. 0 Organizational Composition. What defines the organization: Mission Statement. Values
Statement, Vision Statement 0 Identify the problem, formulate hypotheses. What solutions does the organization
offer its target market (products/services)? - SWOT Analysis: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats - Environmental Forces Analysis: Social (target market profile), Political, Economic,
Competitive, Technological, Legal, Ecological - Organizational Chart. What is the organizational chart layout and what does that
signify? - Company profile. Describe the profile of employees who work for the organization,
identify key stakeholders and shareholders. - Output, Performance and Productivity. How are employees measured in their
