Economics 102: Introductory Macroeconomic Analysis
Class Times*: BB: MWF 12:20-1:10pm MOR 101; CC: 1:25-2:15pm MOR 101
*Note: You are welcome to attend either on any given day, but on exam day, you must attend
your official section ’ s class time. Note that if you switch back and forth often, you may miss
some material as I may not start/end at the exact spot in both sections every lecture.

*NOTE: Because of the number of students I have each semester, my inbox can get
overloaded very quickly.
To get to your answers more quickly, BEFORE emailing your question:
1. Can it wait until the next class? (Is it urgent ?) Your classmates may have the same question and could
benefit from hearing it, and many things are easier to explain with words (and projected notes)
versus emailing back and forth.
2. Can you find the answer on the syllabus, on Blackboard, in a past Announcement, on OneNote, on
Cengage, on an assignments’ instructions or from someone else asking the question on Piazza? (See
below.)
3. We will be using Piazza (an AMAZING program for student Q&A)! The system is highly catered to
getting you help fast and efficiently from classmates, the TA, and myself. Rather than emailing
questions to the teaching staff, I encourage you to post your questions on Piazza. If you have any
problems or feedback for the developers, email [email protected]
4. If your question hasn’t been answered on Piazza within 48 hours (72 over the weekends) and it’s not
possible to ask during class or office hours, then please email the TA.
5. If you cannot get your answers from the above methods, please feel free to email me. Be sure to
include in the subject line of your email the course number (“EC 102 ”), as well as some detail relating
to the subject. For example: “EC 102- HW Solution is Incorrect”; or “EC 102- Question on #10 on HW”.
Please don’t write: “Subject: Help!”
