Global Warming, Climate Change and Health of Earth
Since the industrial revolution, the world has experienced an increase in the annual global
temperature which in total has increased increase slightly more than 1 degree Celsius or around
two degree Celsius. Also, sufficient quantities of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases has
been released into the atmosphere due to human activities over a period of the last 50 years 9
(Carson, 122). The released gases have trapped additional amount of heat in the lower
atmosphere thus impacting the global climate. The world’s citizens should be more concerned
about the global warming, climate change and health of the earth since climate change impacts
several environmental and social determinants of health . The paper essay seeks to evaluate the
