Team Management Skills 6. Stress Management Skills 7. People Management Skills 8. Office Management Skills 9. Change Management Skills INTERNAL ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE The internal organizational structure of the business will be flat-structure . The proponents chose this type of structure because the business is in need of only few personnel. The proponents also intend to only have simple algorithm of reporting by having fewer reporting levels.
