They must own at least one share Majority of them must be residing in the Philippines. The Board of Directors shall control the management of the corporation. They shall be the policy- making body of the corporation which guides the operation in order to attain the objectives of the company They have the oversight function and adapt a system of internal checks and balances. They should exercise the capacities provided by Sec. 23 and 36 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines or appropriately delegate such capacities to officers of the corporation. 1 President Male or Female, 30 to 40 years old A graduate of Business Administration, Management or any business-related course with at least MBA degree With good leadership skills and excellent in both oral and written communication Hardworking and has superior executive ability With at least 5 years of meaningful experience Member of the Board of Directors Must be a resident of the Philippines He shall be responsible for the implementation of the policies and proceedings agreed upon by the board Shall preside all the meetings of the directors and shareholders He is in charge of the direction and control of the corporate affairs He has the full responsibility of controlling the entire operation in the corporation 1 Vice President - Finance Male or Female. At least 25 years old A graduate of BS Accountancy with CPA title Honest and trustworthy Hardworking and with at least 2 years working experience He shall be responsible for the supreme control; of the accounting function Shall organize and present the financial and economic data through preparing periodic financial report concerning the business
