This highlights the significanceof teamwork and cooperation in the nursing profession and defines what teamwork andcollaboration are and how they affect patients, health care professionals, and the health careorganization.Friendship and loyalty may be fostered in a collaborative work setting. Consequently, the nursesare inspired to work more, cooperate fully, and offer support for one another as a result of theforged collaboration relationship. In addition, each team member brings a unique set of abilities,habits, communication skills, and other assets to the table, which they may draw from whileworking as a unit. Nurse, The importance of collaboration in patient safety, cannot be overstated.
