In related to this, Polish workers always can learn something new and get some experiences while working. Polish managers also very enthusiastic about on-the-job training. Thus, U.S. managers can offer more opportunities in Poland there for the purpose of improving their working skills. Secondly, Polish workers can be reward based on objective performance. For instance, maybe the company can organize some events to slowly make the workers' trust each other in order to let them know that they are all valuable capital of the company and their cooperation is the key success of the organization. Moreover, the next advantage is talking about the positive feedback on the job. There were significant differences between Polish employees and expatriate Americans in the type of feedback given on the job. However, positive feedback is very important for the company in order to motivate the employees for the good and continued performances. Positive feedback also can inspire the worker to complete their task on time. But, positive feedback was not familiar with Polish.
