Self-efficacy=sometimes called “effectance motive” more specific version of self esteem, individuals belief about likelihood of successfully completing certain task Personality Traits=Big Five personality dimensions 1. Extraversion- outgoing, sociable, assertive 2. Agreeableness- good natured, trusting, cooperative 3. conscientiousness- responsible, dependable, persistant 4. Emotional stability- unworried, secure, relaxed 5. Openness to experience- imaginative, curious, broad minded Personality Conception Traits=represent that way individuals tend to think about
