Sentosa
is an island located off the southern coast of Singapore's main island. The island is separated from the
main island of Singapore by a channel of water, the Keppel Harbour, and is adjacent to Pulau Brani, a
smaller island wedged between Sentosa and the main island. Sentosa Island is famous for the massive
Resorts World, which in itself contains many fun things to see and do. Sentosa is also home to all of the
best beaches in. All featured attractions are easy to get to, thanks to a free bus service that runs around the
island as well as a free monorail service.
1. One of the famous attractions in Sentosa Island is the Resorts World Sentosa. It is an integrated resort
on the island of Sentosa, off the southern coast of Singapore, spanning 49 hectares. The key attractions
include one of Singapore's two casinos, a Universal Studios theme park, Adventure Cove Water Park, and
S.E.A. It is Lively property with 6 themed hotels & a spa, plus outdoor pools, an aquarium & eclectic
dining.
2. Another attraction is the Universal Studios Singapore it is a theme park located within Resorts World
Sentosa on Sentosa Island, Singapore. It features 28 rides, shows, and attractions in seven themed zones.
It was a key component of the Genting Group's bid for the right to build Singapore's second integrated
resort.Universal Studios Singapore opened in 2010 with 7 themed zones and features countless rides and
shows – all related to the film studios’ major hit movies.
3. S.E.A Aquarium Singapore on Sentosa Island is one of Singapore's finest family-friendly, all-weather
attractions. It's also one of the largest aquariums in the world, home to over 100,000 aquatic animals of
over 1,000 species. There are creatures from all the world’s major oceans, with exhibits specially
designed to recreate the conditions of their natural habitats. The aquarium at Resorts World Sentosa has
10 zones and 50 different habitats, all within a huge venue. Due to its size and the many different scenes
you can discover, they are allowing at least 3 hours to explore Singapore’s best aquarium properly. The
exhibits have interactive display boards, so we can learn more about what we're seeing. Walk through
tunnels while bull sharks and giant manta rays swim alongside you and over your head. Other interesting
exhibits contain cute seahorses playing in coral gardens and a selection of bizarre deep-ocean jellyfish.
The shark zone contains over 200 different types of shark, including endangered species like the scalloped
hammerhead.
4. Adventure Cove waterPark Aquatic is an amusement park with an aquarium, waterslides, a wave pool,
tubing, snorkeling & more. it is the Southeast Asia’s first hydro-magnetic coaster. From zooming down
high-speed water slides to drifting lazily down a winding river; snorkelling with 20,000 marine fish to
wading with friendly rays in the shallows. There’s a wave of fun waiting for the thrill-seeker and nature
lover in you. Seven thrilling water rides, such as Pipeline Plunge, will get your heart rate up, as you
plunge down an elevated chute and careen across banked turns and radical twists, before splashing out in
a pool of water.
