Answer the listed questions below thoroughly and accurately to create a profile for your audience and their needs in relation to the message. 1. Who is the audience? The audience here is the regional coordinator of the company. He is the one that will be heading up this project. We are writing him this to discuss at a later date. 2. Is my audience external or internal? Our audience is internal in this scenario. This company is responsible for the shipping through the country of Indonesia without any damage to the resident’s homes as well as the traffic in the area. 3. How much does my audience know about the topic? This audience knows a lot about the topic. Including: Semi-trailers 40 foot by 12m. They will be going through rural and farm areas and communities of a residential park. The trucks will have 40 loads per day with 10 of them being in the evening. This of course includes a return trip of 40 as well. They also know that these roads are mostly two lane country roads that are very thin and narrow. The trucks will operate with strict guidelines. The country’s transport team will work in sync with the truckers to make for a smooth ride through the hills as well as work with any vehicles that will be disabled during the hauls.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
