1. IntroductionOrange Business Services (OBS) associates the expertise and know-how of Equant, Orange andits subsidiaries. It represents the Orange brand across the entire enterprise market worldwide,that is, Small to Medium size Enterprises (SMEs), local authorities, large businesses andmultinationals. Together with other Group organizations covering Enterprise customers on theirdomestic markets and driven by the Enterprise Line of Business, OBS contributes to develop theGroup’s Business-to-Business (B2B) activities.After being implemented in Brazil, India and Egypt, the Orange Business Services Ltd haschosen Mauritius as part of its long-term strategy, to set up the 4th Major Service Centre, sinceOctober 2007.Last year, the Mauritius Major Support Centre (MMSC) has celebrated its 10thanniversary on 14th October 2017.The MMSC began its operations with 20 employees andsince then it has not stopped expanding. As at date, it has a workforce of more than 700 highcalibre technical people and their average age is 28 years old and of which 65% are qualifieduniversity graduates namely IT Engineers and technicians.
