Skillfully conducted the question-and-answer period 5 The meeting on Leadership I chose was a local business class put on by the Colonie Chamber of Commerce: How to do business in Indonesia. Presented by the Tech Valley Global Business Network. During the Vietnam War draft numbers were assigned to men throughout the United States. Southeast Asia was on everyone’s mind, while starting College at Wesleyan University Wayne Forrest had an affinity for Indonesian Music. Wayne’s love for the music turned into a class about Indonesia. Wayne graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. and M.A in Social Sciences, World Cultures and Music. At that time the United States Government needed soldiers educated in world languages. Wayne completed a degree at Yale studying Indonesian language. Upon graduation Wayne moved to see what the country he loved so much was like in person. Wayne lived in a traditional Indonesian house with one fifty watt light bulb. Wayne is now the President of American Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (AICC). Since 1949 AICC has been a trusted partner for those pursuing quality bilateral business objectives.
