The reason why I closed William Shakespeare's as my poet is because he is a verily common British writer, who wrote numerous of plays and sonnets. The language of William Shakespeare is recognized as one of literature's greatest influences. He basically introduced a new style to the English Language. In the early 1700's, he has earned the reputation as one of world's greatest play writers of all time and established himself as a legend in the English literature . Shakespeare’s writings are studied everywhere including high schools, colleges, and universities. In the history of literature, there is no other name that became more popular than William Shakespeare. No other plays have been produced and performed so widely in so many countries as his.
