Usually, sample is placed near to the microscopic lens.The magnification of a microscope varies considerably classified according to the type andnumber of lenses used to construct it (Priestet al., 2021). Depend on the number of lenses, therehave been 2 types of microscopes: simple light microscopes (that have restricted magnificationas they utilise a single lens) and compound light microscopes (it has a higher magnificationcompared to the simple microscope because it uses at least two sets of lenses, an objective lens,and an eyepiece). The lenses are positioned in such a way that they can bend light to provideeffective image magnification.
