Should the HR department of Newell Brands Inc. incorporate instant employment benefits especially healthcare for factory/warehouse workers? Some if not most factories and warehouses have pride in wanting to give benefits to factory/warehouse workers since their stay in the job might be temporary. Unskilled workers aim for those jobs since they are easy and adaptable but they are also aware of the consequences of getting exposed to the virus on the daily basis.
