Economics 100 – Review Sheet for Final Exam Spring 2007 Page 1 of 2 Date of Exam The final exam will be held on Tuesday, May 22 from 12:30 to 2:30. Office Hours My office hours during the exam week are Monday 3:30-5:00 and Tuesday 11:00-12:00. Topics covered by Exam The final exam is cumulative, but will focus on sections IV “Short-Run Macroeconomics” and V “International Economics” of the course. You are responsible for all the required reading listed in the syllabus: chapters 12-17 of the Frank and Bernanke text, handouts 4a-4d, and handouts 5a- 5b. All handouts and problem set keys are posted on Beachboard. Format of Exam The final exam will consist of three parts: 1. 10 multiple-choice questions from sections I, II and III. These multiple choice questions will focus on key concepts in economics (scarcity, opportunity cost, supply and demand); the macroeconomic goals (what are they, how do we measure them, and why are they important); and results of the long-run growth model (what is the impact of an increase in
