HL is currently taking the following prescription drugs: Synthroid 100 mcg dailyNifedipine XL 30 mg dailyPrednisone 10 mg dailyRationale for current medication therapySince HL is taking Synthroid 100 mcg daily, it is safe to assume they have a low level of thyroid hormone. This can be due to hypothyroidism, treatment or prevent of a goiter or a hormone imbalance from radiation, surgery or cancer.
