Well with the growing use of online communication these instances occur more frequently each day. To match the growth of these occurrences we should be taught how to communicate effectively online? B. Relevance – All of us are in a point in our lives where each decision we make ultimately affects our future, we should be concerned with learning how to communicate using non-face-to-face communication skills simply because they are becoming incorporated more often into people’s everyday lives, both at home and at work.
