“Never Let Me Go” by Ishiguro
Introduction
Through the programming of ordinary citizens' lives, through cloning and donating their
body parts to other people, never letting me go setting was developed, which occurred in the late
1990s. The persona of this story is (Cathy), and the story rotates around her. The story reflects
her experiences from her childhood age to the present age (Toker et al. 170). Black people are
subjected to slavery when they interact with white people, which is evident even from Cathy's
childhood. This paper will intricate the book ”Never Let me go” and analyze the work using the
terms and concepts used in the book. It will also reflect on “Letter from a region in my mind by
James Baldwin and even bring out the themes, settings, and styles used in the stories.
Cathy and other students from Hailsham School start to doubt humanity when they
realize that they are clones; this makes society come out confidently. They proved humanity
when they were forced to perform an artwork that resembled a person's soul. They felt
humiliated for this treatment, and as a result, this tortured them emotionally and psychologically.
They felt inhuman and highly suffered since they were forced to do art, not their passion. It made
them develop some hatred towards themselves since they thought their opinions were not being
considered.

The level of treatment of the Negroes by the White people reflected how the whites
lacked misunderstanding towards the black people. It showed that they lacked a sense of
humanity, which is evident in their treatment of the Negros. James Baldwin's high level of
understanding poetry is evident since he can bring out the coil issues through poetry. "Letter
from a region in my mind" was James Baldwin's reflective works. Kipling works share the same
sentiments as those of his books; this displayed some similarities among their jobs. According to
Kipling, Sovereignty was supposed to be approached through actions and relatively not words.
Matters of spirituality were also shown from the reflective results of the hymn.
When the author was fourteen years old is when the story began. The peak of the
relationship and ideology of God is evident at this point. God and spirituality were only found in
church restrictions, which created a massive difference from previous thinking. The fear of evil
and the absence of personal safety and fourteen all these changes also contrast the initial thought.
