We will hand out the exams promptly at 10:10 a.m.oYou should bring a pencil and your University IDoNo baseball hats can be worn with the brim facing forwardoAllpersonal items will need to be placed inside your book bag with the book bag placed completely under your seatoIf you have questions during the exam, raise your hand and we will come to you or you can save your questions and ask us before turning in your exam and scantron. oWhen you turn in your exam and scantron, you will show us your University IDIf an emergency excusedabsence arises, you MUSTemail the professor ([email protected]) as soon as possible to inform me of the absence and to request permission to take a make-up exam. There are two options: (1) there is a scheduled conflict exam that will be held Thursday December 17th, at 2:00 p.m.; or (2) you can request a deferred grade (DF) for the class and take the final exam on or before February 18, 2014. If you go for option #2, but do not take the exam on or before February 17th, your final, overall grade for the class will automatically and officially be changed to an “F.” For more on what counts as an excused absence, please see the syllabus. Exam StructureExam #3 consists of 50 multiple choice questions from the 3rd(and only that) unit and 20 multiple choice questions that reflect the main ideas and key concepts from across all units.
