Lecture 20 April 22, 2014 Goals: Discuss the guest speaker Understand the basic principles, process of cost-benefit analysis What is one thing Dan Mahli mentioned that reinforced something you already knew or believed? He mentioned that there is an increasing lack of ability for people to understand each other and relate with one another. This is something I have generally noticed an increase in, especially moving to a “city.” What is one thing he discussed that was new to you? He mentioned that he thought that mental disorders related to alcohol were on the rise over the years. I had just thought that homelessness and that culture had just always been but I wasn’t aware that perhaps the reasons might be changing or the population increasing.
