Have you ever decided to withhold your business from a store, restaurant, or other service provider based on poor service? Do you usually give an organization more than one chance to win your business, or is one bad experience all it takes to turn you off? I would like to think that I am loyal to Wal-Mart, because of the prices. I usually have a bad experience whenever I go to the store, they usually only have 2 check-out lines open and it’s very frustrating and time consuming but I continue to shop there. I think I’m more picky about customer service at restaurants, one bad experience and I more than likely will not return. If I do return, its their final chance to sway my opinion of them and if it is another bad experience, I will not return.
