Industry: Sporting Goods Geographic Location: Sylva, North Carolina The name of our new company is G.O. Sports Ltd. We will specialize in selling team sports equipment and extreme sporting goods. Our goal is to maintain a high level of customer service while keeping product quality high. After doing extensive research, we have found that it would be more profitable to sell high quality goods at a higher price with less volume, than it would be to sell low quality goods and at a higher volume. The reason for this is that we would gain strong customer loyalty which would increase the amount of customers who come back to buy other goods. A major strength of our company is our ability to adjust to our local market. If our store is in an area with a high demand for outdoor sports, than we will focus our attention and marketing on outdoor sports.
