Kimberly Fletcher Studio Movement Interpretive dance Age Level 4th Curriculum Area History Objectives 1. The students will have more knowledge about puritan life 2. The students will learn dance skills. 3. The students will learn how to express themselves in a new way. 4. The students will learn to work together while using their body to tell a story. 5. The students will also learn to watch and decide what movement means. They will have their own interpretations. Adaptations For Special Needs If I have children with special needs, I will give them one on one help. For those with hearing problems, I will supply a mike or hearing device in the room. For those with limited vision, I will provide large print. If I have one in a wheel chair, we will make sure they can move around the classroom. Adaptation for different age levels For the younger kids I will Give them more instruction. There is no reason that they couldn’t do this activity. They may need more one on one help, and maybe more directions. For the older kids, I will make this a little harder by allowing them to choose
