Scenarios
1. Sonia manages a photo and video service and mostly they cover events. To maximize their
potential, what she did was she assigned those who specialize in photo editing in their office to
edit the photos after the event. Those who are skilled in video editing real-time accompanies her
on the event itself to do the on-site video editing of the event. She also tasked her
photographers who will specifically do the portrait shots or operate the drone. Every 3 months,
she is changing the assignments of her creatives so that they can explore other skills aside from
their specialization.
