An emphasis is placed on the development of practical leadership skills. Topicsinclude an introduction to leadership, leadership traits, leadership style and philosophy,leadership and relationships, developing leadership skills, leadership and ethics, creating avision, leadership and out-group members, leadership and conflict, and managing obstacles toeffective leadershipEducational Objectives/OutcomesUpon completing this course, students will be able to:1.
