Anti- Harassment PolicySexual HarassmentOther HarassmentBullyingResponding to Inappropriate Conduct or Possible Incidents of HarassmentAt Happy Money, we believe that our team members should be treated with respect anddignity, in line with our company values. Therefore, we strictly prohibit and will not tolerateinappropriateconduct,includingdiscriminatoryharassmentofanykindbasedonage,ancestry, color, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, national origin,race, religious creed (including belief, observance, practice and dress/grooming practices),sex, gender (including gender identity and expression), sexual orientation, military and veteranstatus, genetic information, hairstyles historically associated with race, including hair textureand protective hairstyles, and any other characteristics protected by applicable law.HappyMoney also prohibits and does not tolerate unlawful harassment against team members andcovered persons who are perceived to have any of these characteristics or who associate witha person who has, or is perceived to have any of these characteristics. We are an anti-racistcompany and have zero tolerance for any actions, behaviors, or words that go againstinclusivity of all team members.Conduct prohibited by this policy is unacceptable in any work-related setting, such as duringbusiness trips, business meetings or business-related social events. Harassment can alsooccur in the workplace, after hours, or on social media or any other electronic communicationmethods.It should always be reported and will not be tolerated by Happy Money. This policyapplies to the conduct of all Happy Money team members as well to the conduct by, ortoward, non-employees involved in our business, such as subcontractors, consultants, clients,customers, interns or vendors. This policy is intended to be consistent with federal and statelaws prohibiting discriminatory harassment in the workplace.
