An intervention can best be described as a way to have planned corrective actions that areaimed at finding solutions to challenges or problems within organizations (Bierema, 2020). It isall done after data collection and analysis being a part of the action research process (Bierema,2020). The word invention has probably been used in many ways throughout many years. It isnot just used in organization but can be used for individuals or groups of people. However, tojust focus on a smaller part, it will be discussed of individual and group interventions along withtheir similarities and differences.An individual intervention is tailored to learning and development, leadership andmanagement development, assessment, career development, and job development (Bierema,2020). An individual intervention will be used in a situation that will be catered to each personindividually. Organizations will use this to help their employees grow within themselves alongwith growing with the company. The interventions are there from the data that is collected togive them feedback on how they can be better individuals which in turn will make them better
