CONFLICT-HANDLING STYLES 2From the two scenarios from the “Conflict Handling Styles” I have selected the scenario one and the scenario four. The first scenario is about conflict between the internist and the radiologist both were involved in a conflict that resulted in the internist raising his voice. The problem was that the internist referred an elderly man with chronic cough for chest x-ray, reporting a diagnosis of bronchitis. Then the radiologist found out that the x-ray report was diagnosing a very different condition (Borkowski, 2011).The internist was upset because he was not rapidly informed about this emerging information. Visibly this is a problem with communication between the staff that was giving attention to the patient. The problem was not that the information was not available, the problemwas that the transfer of information was not efficient enough to inform the internist about a potentially serious problem.In the second case, which is the scenario four, there will was a problem with the
