What is the agency you selected, and what is your rationale for choosing this particular
agency?
For my final project review the agency that I would like to explore the possibility of working
with in the human service profession is Epiphany Family Services. Founded in 2010, Epiphany
Family Services, LLC offers outpatient programs for mental health and addiction. They are
committed to providing confidential counseling and therapy services to aid in the physical and
mental well-being of individuals in the Queen City. My rationale for choosing this agency is
because I hope to do my internship through them.
What other agencies did you consider, and why did you not select them?
