Aem 120 SWOT for business project Internal Strength Weakness We have the first mover advantage. We also have the competitive advantage because our product is not a direct competitor to any of the existing products. Our founding/start up team consists of knowledgeable and experienced people who already have a strong relationship and therefore, we have a strong company culture. We have strong marketing distribution plans: advertising through store catalogs, magazines and sales pitches to heads of corporations and franchises. We have a stable source of financial resources from our friends, family and fools. We have a stable product of value and quality with a reasonable price. Our product, though it does offer many more benefits than its indirect competitors, is a lot more expensive.
