Eating a variety of foods and consumingless salt, sugars and saturated and industrially produced trans-fats, are essentially for healthydiet.When it comes to eating, my eating habit is not really good because I only eat my mealtwice in a day which is three instead. I always skipped or missed my breakfast, which isbreakfast is the most important meal of a day. I skipped it because I always woke up late in themorning. Instead breakfast, I only used to drink milk and milo and followed eating time forlunch. I lost the self discipline. I started skipping my breakfast since the online class begun.
