4(b). Organizational structureThe organizational structure of JJ Holdings Berhad is formed by the divisional structure. It isa kind of organizational structure in which each organizational function is split into a fewdivisions, and each division has a divisional manager who is in charge of the unit's overallperformance (Accounting Tools, 2022). In the company, Mr. Tang Jian Jing, the CEO of JJHoldings Berhad was leading the four division managers, which are Sales Manager, FinanceManager, Publicity Manager, and Human Resource Manager. The advantage of the structurewas to allow a high degree of specialization. For example, employees with similar skills andabilities may collaborate and concentrate on specific projects that assist the division inachieving its goals. Since the division functions were independent, management is morelikely to be familiar with the needs of the employees, ensuring they have access to theresources they need to complete their tasks (Joseph Chris, 2019).
