I have found Xerox products to be high quality and have turned to them for my office needs. This is why when it came time for me to purchase a copy machine in December of 2005, I chose a WorkCentre Pro C354. When I purchased this printer I bought the one year extended warranty. During the year the WorkCentre had numerous problems requiring service calls from Xerox technicians. The warranty has now expired, and the copier has completely stopped working.

This machine was bought to produce closing packets quickly and precisely. Without the aid of this copier, our business here has been negatively affected.
