As I am not a scientist, biblical scholar or from the 18 th century I can’t speak to what I think with any real enlightenment other than what I am able to read written by people who may or may not be at least one of the three. Given my limited knowledge of history from both a secular and sudo-religious point of view I’m of course referring to the few years I spent in both Christian and Catholic school as well as a Religions of the east class I took at Indiana University a little more than a dozen years ago. I believe a good amount of perspective is required to make any further assessment of this question so let’s set the scene. Now a few assumptions must be made first, let’s assume that it is a shared belief that the bible does not find its strongest following in Religion of faith based organizations but that in fact it is generally accepted at the oldest and most commonly accepted ethics guideline, Which aside from divine ascension, miracles and virgin births it does lay out a fairly basic and easy to follow set of guidelines on morality, justice and respect, (depending on which book thereof). So that’s our baseline everyone is in agreeance on that.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
