Only time in Greek myth that Hades smiles. Smiles, because of the pomegranate. Wearing the horn of ___ symbolizing his power and wealth Persephone is happy and eats ONE seed. Hades gives her the pomegranate because the seed is the seed of Hades. The marriage has been consummated.
