CS106X Handout 03 Winter 2008 January 11, 2008 Assignment 0: Intros, Ruth-Aaron Pairs Your first assignment—or rather, your 0 th assignment—is in place so that you, your lecturer, your section leader, and your development environment can all get acquainted. Your section leader, lecturer, and your development environment are already friends, so you need to introduce yourself to the three of us. Due: Wednesday, January 16 at 11:59 p.m. Part I — Emailing your Section Leader Sometime between now and next Wednesday, make it a point to send your section leader an email so he/she knows a little bit about you before the two of you meet face- to-face come your first discussion section. Include your name, your declared or anticipated major, where you’re from and what you like to do during your free time. While you’re at it, go ahead and cc your instructor as well, so he knows a little bit about you too. Of course, you won’t really be able to do this until next Tuesday, because that’s when section assignments will be emailed out.
