BMB 323 Kinetic Analysis of Tyrosinase Abstract The kinetic properties of Tyrosinase were analyzed and calculated from this experiment by a combination of kinetic assays and inhibition pathway assays. By finding the different absorptions from different enzyme substrate interactions we were able to find the kinetic properties (K m , V max , and V 0 ) of the different inhibitors and of the enzyme with inhibitors.
