(2 points) Evaluation of food is important to consumers for a few reasons. One reason being that the objective testing of the food helps to measure the content and content quality of food. Then next, being subjective testing which helps to determine the taste of food before it is sent out. For example, does the old version taste the same as the new enhanced or enriched version?
