I believe that it is very beneficial for employees and management to receive Health and Safety
training together. The training for employees means health and safety orientation for new and
existing employees (Kelloway et. al., 2019). They are provided mandatory health and safety
training as per law to establish and maintain a safe as well as a healthy workplace. They are
made aware of actual or potential risks and hazards associated with the job role, and how to
manage them without causing injuries to themselves as well as others. Inadequate training of
employees can lead to accidents prone work environment.
At the same time, supervisors would be a great asset to an organization if they are
